The questions and photos usually take about 15 minutes. After you pay, the film is ready in about 15 more, and we email you a private link. Tell us the birthday and we can remind you beforehand, or email the film to them on the morning of the day.
Yes. Pick a background track when you preview the film, or choose no music. Your words appear on screen as captions.
Aim for 10 to 25 photos; you can continue with as few as five. The film grows with the number of photos you add. Scans and phone pictures of old prints work too.
Yes. Edit every caption and the closing message before ordering. The draft uses only the memories you share, and you choose the final words.
Anyone with the private link. Originals are deleted 30 days after delivery, and you can delete the whole project yourself at any time.
Yes. If something is wrong, such as a misspelled name, we fix it free of charge. Unhappy for any other reason within 14 days of delivery? We refund you.
